Tenant Services
Thank you for choosing to rent a home through Property Management Systems. We take pride in the properties we manage and want to assure you ahead of time that we will treat you as a tenant, in a lawful and friendly manner.
We provide tenants with 24-hour access at (503) 515-3170 in case of an emergency; such as emergency furnace repair or broken plumbing. Repairs are done as soon as possible. However, please use your best judgment in determining what is or is not an emergency situation. We also have a Maintenance Request Form you are welcome to submit for non-emergencies.
Please do not ever hesitate to ask questions; we prefer to have a clear understanding at the outset rather than a misunderstanding later. Our regular business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our phone number is (503) 515-3170 and anyone in our office will be more than willing to speak with you.
Tenant Screening Process
We process applications to rent on a “first come, first served” basis. (An Application to rent can be printed from the link below).
We require an applicant’s income be three times the monthly rent, and they must have a positive rental history. To apply, bring your completed application and $49.00 in cashiers check or money order (per applicant) to our office. We will process your application within 24-48 hours.
